01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the tkjk platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to all provisions of these Terms.

tkjk is an online betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. The platform includes sports betting, live casino, slots, and various interactive games. Before reading these Terms, you are also advised to read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines — these form an integral part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms. You should therefore re-read this page after each amendment.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on tkjk, you must be 21 years of age or older. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. We may request valid identification for age verification and reserve the right to suspend an account until satisfactory proof is provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one tkjk account is permitted per individual, household, or residential address. Operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device/IP will be considered bonus abuse and all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. An account opened with false information may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Accounts Using Third-Party Identities

Operating an account using another person's name, details, or payment method is strictly prohibited. The account holder and the owner of the payment method must be the same person.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. tkjk will not be liable for any losses resulting from a failure to notify us in time.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or public Wi-Fi.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session.
• Do not allow any third party to carry out transactions on your behalf.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkjk supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer through major Bangladeshi banks. Funds sent via any other method will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security review is needed.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other relevant documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.5 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals must generally be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Using different methods for deposits and withdrawals may require additional verification.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkjk offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount, only to the bonus. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus can be received only once per account.
• If multiple bonuses apply, they cannot be used simultaneously.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• tkjk reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

tkjk's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Staying regularly active allows progression to higher tiers. Changes to VIP tier are at tkjk's sole discretion.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Guidelines

Each game and betting market on tkjk has its own rules. You are advised to read the relevant rules carefully before playing. If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Finality of Results

tkjk's systems and the relevant game provider's data will be considered final in determining game outcomes. For sports betting, official scores and results from recognised governing bodies (such as ICC, FIFA) will apply.

6.3 Erroneous Odds or Settings

Taking advantage of odds or game settings that arise from an obvious human or technical error will be treated as fraud. tkjk reserves the right to void any bets or winnings made in such circumstances.

6.4 Multi-Account Advantage

Any attempt to place opposing bets ("arbitrage") across multiple accounts on the same event to gain bonuses or cashback will result in voided bets and account closure.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkjk platform:

• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods — stolen cards, another person's mobile banking account.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games or betting.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorised access.
• Defrauding other members or gaining unauthorised access to their accounts.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage tkjk's business operations.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above activities are detected, tkjk will immediately close the account and reserves the right to forfeit all balances. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

08 Personal Data & Privacy

tkjk collects, stores, and processes your personal data solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring security. We do not sell your data to third parties.

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. tkjk is a secure and reliable platform where fair play is ensured.

09 Limitation of Liability

Betting and gaming on the tkjk platform is entirely voluntary and involves financial risk. There is always a possibility of losing money when gambling. tkjk is not liable under any circumstances for financial losses arising from gaming.

tkjk will not be liable for consequential losses if the service is disrupted due to technical issues, internet outages, third-party game provider errors, or other unforeseen causes. However, any staked amount for an incomplete bet caused by a technical error will be properly refunded.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by tkjk

tkjk may suspend or close any account without notice in cases of rule violations, suspicious activity, or security concerns. If prohibited activity is proven, the balance will be forfeited. In other cases, any remaining valid balance will be returned.

10.2 Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. To request self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes, please contact our support team.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

tkjk reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Prior notice will be given by email.

11 Service Changes

tkjk reserves the right to change the platform's features, game list, payment methods, or service terms at any time. Members will be notified as early as possible regarding significant changes.

tkjk reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service (for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons). Every effort will be made to ensure active bets are not affected during such interruptions.
